Classes are structured not only to ensure you are reaching the best benefits for your well-being with qualified Pilates professional instructors, but also to ensure that you are working out the safest way possible. This means allowing time for an adequate warm-up to prevent injury.
Because of this, we recommend all of our Roomies arrive 5 to 15 minutes early so that you have time to prepare mentally and physically for a great work-out!
We understand that you can sometimes run into some unforeseen circumstances that can cause you to be late for the class. Unfortunately, in these cases, we are unable to grant back classes for being late.
We apologize for any frustration this may cause and hope you understand we are not willing to risk your health or safety by having you attend a class that has already started per the instructor's discretion.
