How to redeem your Groupon voucher

Congratulations on your GREAT DEAL!

After you purchase the deal, Groupon will send you a voucher via e-mail. Once you receive your voucher, please follow the steps described below to activate it. Most vouchers are activated on the same business day, but it may take up to 2 business days. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. If you wish to attend a class, please activate your voucher a few days BEFORE. Please keep in mind, that the time to use all your classes is 1 month from the date you submit your voucher and it is redeemed. No extensions will be granted. So if you submit your voucher today and we redeem it today, you have 30 days from today to use all your classes. ONLY SUBMIT YOUR VOUCHER WHEN YOU ARE READY TO START. Please also be aware that the use of socks with grips (like Toesox) is mandatory to take the classes. You can find those socks online and we also sell them at the studio.

To activate your voucher:

1. Create an account here , you will receive an automated welcome email from the Pilates Room Studios, however you need to finish Step 2 before you will be able to register for classes.
2. E-mail info@pilatesroomstudios.com your name and voucher PDF file. Please include the subject line: ACTIVATE VOUCHER. We will manually add the classes for you and email you back, letting you know you are ready to book your classes.
