When you have pre-registered, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged for classes. We understand that things do come up in life outside of your control and unfortunately last minute, but we are unable to change this policy for any reason. This is so we can maintain our instructors and heavily discounted prices!
Please remember if you schedule by accident, you can always early cancel your class or move it to another slot as long as it is with a 24 hour notice.
